Rumah Pertama (Part 2)

Mula-mula rasa segan pulak nak post this entry tapi niat saya just nak bagi rough idea to all friends out there yg berniat and bercita-cita nak beli rumah.

It is really a tough decision yelah dengan kekangan source, duit dan info.Alhamdulillah utk rumah kami yg pertama ni everything went smoothly amin.

It happened mcm ni, seingat saya time tu hari Khamis and saya tgh fikir-fikir and mencari idea tntg rumah la.

Then, tup-tup digerakkan rasa utk call je Sime Darby Properties nak bertanya kalau ada project baru nak launch and nak survey harga la.

The saleswoman tu ckp,"wah, U are very lucky u know. We are about to launch a new phase Medina in Nilai Impian.Are you interested?". Dengan tak fikir panjang saya terus setuju."okay then.I will come tomorrow morning".

Tapi Selina si saleswoman ni cakap "nooo..you must come today and get a number.Bumiputera unit only have 44 nos. and now there are 3 people already queue.If u want to get a corner lot u must come early" ishhh..biar betul.haha..esok launch pukul 9,harini dah ada org beratur. Lemak sungguhhhhh. hihi...

Dlm membebel2 tu kuar jugak lah , berdesup pergi Nilai. Otw call husband ckp, "Abg, syg nak pergi book rumah kita ni. Nnt abg dtg ye!" haaa..yakin 100% je. Blur-blur jap si husband.dia kata ok je. OK CUN..

Then terus call adik mintak teman sebab memikirkan kena stay situ sampai esok.kematu b***ot nnt.LOLOL.ALhamdulillah dekat sales gallery tu boleh tgk tv,ada tempat solat.Cuma makan tghri tu kena keluar kejap.Malam nya,SDP sponsor dinner and ada la tayangan movie utk customer yg menunggu.Husband smpi lmbt jugak,dekat pkl 10pm rasanya.We all dapat number ke-4.So yakinlah juga akan dapat unit yg berkenan.

Long story shortttt
Next morning tu all we have to do were:-
1) Queue for choosing unit
2) Then paid booking fees of RM5,000.00
3) Approached all bank panel's and submit loan application

Lepas seminggu kami dpt loan dr Maybank.erm..rasanya interest 4.1% kot or 4.2% and x ada locking period (maksudnya jika kita jual rumah tu bila2,x kena denda)and another thing kami x ambik MRTA or MRTT sebab nak ambil insurance luar je as per advised by our mortgage consultant tu.

Kata Michelle dr Maybank tu, MRTA/MRTT punya term is reducing.

Contoh, kalau harga rumah ialah RM500K,tahun pertama MRTA/TT akan cover 500K la lebih kurang, then for next year value tu akan drop maybe RM470K.and continue decreasing.

But if we bought outside,insurance akan cover value yg sama.Contoh, saya beli insurance berharga RM400K,value yg akan dibayar oleh insurance company jika saya (owner) meninggal dunia adalah 400K tadi.

Kalau salah info sorry ye ni apa yg saya faham.

Kami mmg bersyukur sgt2 sebab dapat jugak pilih rumah yg agak memuaskan hati.X lah besar sangat tapi better dari kedua2 rumah yg mula-mula tu.

Medina 3 ni 20'x 72',with extra 16' land.Double storey.Tapi kena apply join name.hehehe..

Ramai x percaya kami boleh beli rumah tu..Nak tau rahsia nya??? Nanti saya cerita dlm next entry ya...
